Technical Design
The YVFE4 series meets IE4 efficiency at the GB18613-2020 Level 2 standard, delivering 2%–3% higher efficiency than YE3 series equivalents across a 50%–100% load range. This makes it particularly useful in applications where load fluctuates during production cycles.
The cast iron casing provides IP55 protection against dust and water ingress, suitable for outdoor and wet process environments. IC411 forced-air cooling maintains stable operating temperatures during extended run cycles without requiring additional thermal management.
Enameled round copper wire and precision-stamped silicon steel laminations are used throughout to reduce electromagnetic interference and limit iron losses. These material choices also contribute to lower vibration and noise levels during operation.
Production Process
Silicon steel laminations are precision-stamped and stacked to minimize iron losses. Enameled copper wire is wound to specification and vacuum-impregnated with insulating varnish for moisture resistance.
Rotor balancing is performed dynamically to reduce vibration at rated speed. Bearings from SKF, NSK, or FAG are press-fitted under controlled force. Final assembly is followed by electrical testing that covers insulation resistance, no-load current, and vibration levels before shipment.
